Quality Protect Film was developed in 1961, for protecting car bumpers from scratches. Since then, Nitto Denko has continued to develop new surface protection materials in response to various customer needs, in support of the diversification and development of industry.
These tapes, created by combining special films and adhesives, utilize Nitto Denko's advanced synthesis and adhesive technologies.
Based on film materials such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyolefin (PO), and polyester (PET), with rubber or acrylic adhesives, by incorporating Nitto Denko's original polymer synthesis and coding technologies, 150 products have already been brought to market. From surface protection materials for sheet metal such as stainless steel, aluminum, and pre-coated steel plate, to component materials for housing and preservative materials for automobiles, and now to electronic & optical industries, their fields of application are expanding. Nitto Denko continues to meet the challenging demand for higher performance and diversity in all aspects of society, while working to create further added value in the form of reliability.
