Description:
Can be used for jacketing and bundling of wires to form lightduty
harnesses, especially where a low profile, abrasion resistance,
and flexibility are needed. Can also be used to provide
insulation and strain relief of electrical connections and wire terminations,
identification of wires, and packaging of components.
Operating Temperature Range
¡V55¢XC to 150¢XC
Character: (1)2:1 shrink ratio.
(2)Approximately 40 percent thinner walls than most general
purpose polyolefin tubings.
(3)High flame-resistance.
(4)Excellent physical and electrical properties after exposure to
many chemicals and solvents at 50¢XC (but not recommended
for use in direct contact with ketones).
(5)Recommended maximum temperature for use as a primary
insulator: 135¢XC. |
